Batay sa Tropical Cyclone Bulletin No. 1 na inilabas ng PAGASA nitong 09:00 PM, 10 January 2026 (kakagulat lang), ang sentro ng Tropical Storm UWAN ay tinatayang matatagpuan 1745 kilometro Silangan ng Surigao del Sur, taglay ang lakas na naaayon sa isang Malakas na Bagyoat kumikilos nang pangkalahatang Kanluran sa bilis na 14 knots.
